"Sorry for the long review, but I have a lot to say! (which can actually all be summed up in the following sentence: Rosemarie is an absolute angel.) I’m a recently graduated student and it was my first time moving to the city. (I came in from Canada) Anyone else would have probably taken advantage of my naivety when it came to finding a place since I had no idea what the ’norm’ was like around here. But Rosemarie was honest and upfront about everything from the very beginning. If there was something about an apartment she didn’t like, she’d tell me. (Rather than hide it or try to play it off as so many other REALTORS do.) She never tried to push me into anything I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, and her number one concern had always been my happiness with the apartment; unlike so many others who only cared about their commission. I was not the easiest client to deal with since I was probably on the pickier side of apartment hunting, (I had incredibly high standards and an incredibly low budget.) But Rosemarie took it all in stride. She was patient and kind with all my unrealistic requests and strove to find exactly what I was looking for time and time again. (Even when I changed my mind a million times!) And when I say patient, I mean it. Due to personal circumstances, I had to put finding a place on hold twice in the past few months. But Rosemarie never let me get discouraged. And as soon as I was ready to start looking again, she was always ready and willing to start a new search that would fit all my needs. No matter how long it took for me to settle on something, she never tried to rush or force me into anything. Rosemarie has many clients (and why wouldn’t she? She’s incredibly good at what she does!) however I never felt neglected or pushed to the side. I could message her late in the day, or early in the morning and she always got back to me immediately. Her service was top-notch and very professional. But the one thing I really noticed was that it felt like she genuinely cared on a personal level. (Which was proven time and time again when she went out of her way to prescreen and video places on my behalf when I wasn’t able to go to showings in person.) Any other REALTOR I feel would have grown tired of all the little hiccups that kept presenting themselves on my end, but not Rosemarie. She stuck with me through all the unexpected setbacks and somehow managed to find absolutely stunning places to choose from that miraculously had everything I was looking for! (Truly an impossible feat if you’ve ever tried finding a luxury-worthy place whilst on a budget.) Bottom line, I could go on about how amazing she is for hours, but you’ll see for yourself if you take her as a REALTOR."

"I cannot say enough good things about Rose. Her knowledge of the market, resourcefulness, and professionalism are unparalleled. I was referred to her by another client, and based on the apartment they got for their rent, I know my experience isn't unique. Here are some examples of my experience with her to show you why you need to hire her: She responded immediately with multiple options of apartments we hadn't been shown that fit our needs. She found us an amazing unlisted place that fit the conflicting needs of myself and my roommates (we were not easy clients), and then another even better one last minute when one roommate changed her mind about a preferred area. She had 3 backup apartments in case our number one choice didn't like our application (we are Canadians moving to the US for the first time, ie no US credit.) She had good enough relationships with the management companies that she was able to have them hold the apartments until we had an answer on the first one. She spent her whole weekend (no joke, we were emailing until 11:00 pm on Friday, and with her all Saturday)to get the deal done. She handled every single hiccup with our applications (there were multiple, and all our fault) to get our apartment and negotiated down the security. To sum up, we had been shown other places by other brokers, and nothing came close to the places she was able to line up, and ultimately secure, for us. Save yourself the headache of dealing with the nightmare that is the New York real estate market and hire her. FYI, she is also extremely sweet, you'll enjoy spending the day viewing your options."

"The first thing I noticed when I came across Rose’s page was that all her reviews were exceptional. They were so clean and impressive that I didn’t trust them, as they were too good to be true. But when I checked some of the other agents’ reviews (with negative/mixed feedback) I realized that I needed to get in touch and work with her. After working with her for about two months, I realized why all her reviews have always been positive and impressive. Rose is an exceptionally talented and trustworthy real estate agent I have worked with. She has the client’s best interest at her heart and works very hard to do everything she can to satisfy her clients. I remember being on calls with her to discuss, at 7 am, or 11 pm. She worked extremely hard for me and showed me relevant and many different options by going alone and sending me pics over to my phone so that I could do pre-screening. She never seemed in any hurry to close the deal and ‘get her cut’ like some of the other agents I came across. She pointed out both the positives and negatives of any apartment in detail. She provided some valuable insights to me in terms of things to consider for my particular situation and budgetary needs. She ultimately got me a great deal and I am settled in a nice apartment in Murray Hill. As a side note, I also enjoyed my non-apartment-related chats, as she is great fun to talk to in general."
